*This Limited Lifetime Warranty Does Not Cover: Normal wear and tear, surface scratches, improper installation
or fabrication, adhesive choice or performance, physical, chemical, or other abuse, damages after installation,
improper care or maintenance, outdoor applications, any modifications to the product, product removed from its
original place of installation, or residual indentations or gouges resulting from heavy static loads, heeled shoes,
spiked shoes, metal cleats or skates. Use floor protectors under stationary furniture and rolling chair legs/feet to
distribute weight loads.
Pelican Int’l/Solstone Surfaces shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, special, or consequential damages in
any way related to the goods or services supplied hereunder. No employee, agent, or other person is authorized
to give any warranties on behalf of Pelican Int’l/Solstone Surfaces in addition to or different from the herein given.
Damage caused by accident, misuse, or abuse is not covered by this warranty. Improper care and cleaning will
void the warranty.* Proof of purchase (original sales receipt) must be provided to Pelican Int’l/Solstone Surfaces
with all warranty claims. Pelican Int’l/Solstone Surfaces are not responsible for removal, installation, labor
charges, or other incidental or consequential costs. In no event shall the liability of Pelican Int’l/Solstone Surfaces
exceed the purchase price of the product.
